Inclusive Preschool

Little Lumens Preschool is Arc Light BHC's innovative early childhood initiative designed to expand access to high-quality behavioral support beyond traditional autism-only service models. Through inclusive preschool framework, Little Lumens integrates ABA principles into naturalistic, play-based learning environments that support children with a wide range of developmental, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. This model is intentionally structured to reduce barriers to care by making services more accessible, affordable and community-embedded for families who may not qualify for, or desire, traditional clinic-based ABA services. By embedding behavior analytic support within a preschool setting alongside experienced educators, Little Lumens reimagines how and where ABA can be delivered.

Little Lumens represents a forward-thinking shift in ABA service delivery, demonstrating how behavior analysis can responsibly evolve to meet broader public needs while maintaining clinic integrity. This initiative positions Arc Light BHC at the forefront of innovative, preventative, and scalable ABA models, contributing to meaningful change not only in Connecticut, but across the United States. BCBAs who join Arc Light BHC have the unique opportunity to help shape and evaluate this emerging model, participating in program development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and research that moves the field forward.
